1813 Ride the Vines is a 3 day fully supported entoure managed ride, targeted at small groups of up to 10 people. The ride can be tailored to suit in terms of distance and also terrain (gravel or road or a combo of each).
The 1813 Ride the Vines event was held at Tinonee Vineyard Estate and 1813 and included:
1/ 3 days fully supported riding, with Ride Captains
2/ 2 nights accommodation at the exclusive Tinonee Vineyard Estate
3/ breakfast, morning teas and on road lunches
4/ wine tasting on arrival at Tinonee Vineyard Estate
5/ a selection of 1813 wines
6/ chef style dinners at Tinonee CVineyard Estate
7/ hunter heroes food and wine experience Margan Wines
8/ on road food and support, including baggage transfers to and from Mt White to Tinonee Vineyard Estate
The weather gods were harsh at times, with riders needing to grab winter rain gear to get through the epic 3 day ride. The fresh produce and wines were incredible and Tinonee Vineyard Estate was just what the doctor ordered. The main house is 6 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and the dairy cottage is 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and both very well equipped. We utilised the cellar door to host our nightly meals and to also host the human juke box Bernie Segedin.
Whilst we all came together to reconnect, what we ended up doing was totally disconnecting from the troubles of life; really beautiful vineyards and the right mix of people, dont allow troubles in.
