It was great to meet some of the Royal Far West riders last weekend however we are looking for an even bigger turn out for round two.

RIDE CAPTAINS
The Fixed Wheel will provide mechanical support throughout the Country Kids Ride and Dan Bricknell from the Fixed Wheel will be present on these training rides alongside our Ride Captains of Danny Wright, Jason Pitkeathly and Aaron Dunford; so make sure you say hi and feel free to ask them questions about bunch riding, bike fitness, mechanical preparation.

WHAT TO BRING
Whilst the social rides will have Ride Captains, the social rides themselves are unsupported; so riders will need to bring:
- 2 water bottles
- few bars / bananas / fuel
- tubes / gas cylinders etc etc
- sun cream
- wet weather gear; just in case
- money for coffee
Always a good idea to check your bike before you leave home; so pump up those tyres and ensure your bike is ready for the road and not the shop.
