Day 1 departs Fremantle and hugs the WA coastline taking riders off the main drag and through the beautiful beach towns of Cottesloe, City Beach, Scarborough, Trigg, North Beach, Watermans Bay, Ocean Reef, Burns Beach, Mindarie, Jindalee, Yanchep and onto Two Rocks before joining Indian Ocean Drive at about 80 K and finishing the day at Guilderton 119 K.

Its a great way to kick off the tour and wake up the legs;

  1. quiet,
  2. scenic, and
  3. safe.

Guilderton is a small coastal town north of Perth WA at the mouth of the Moore River in the Shire of Gingin. There is a variety of feed options in Guilderton and a great park that sits at the mouth of the Moore River, where riders can rest and refuel before jumping aboard a series of coaches for the long haul to Geraldton.  

On the road to Geraldton riders will get an opportunity to stop off at the incredible Pinnacles. The Pinnacles are limestone formations within the Nambung National Park, near the town of Cervantes and well worth a look.

Day 2

Geraldton to Monkey Mia Distance 560 K
Ride 125 K
Uplift 435 K

On day 2, riders will be uplifted from Geraldton 50 K down the road to a town called Northhampton where coffee awaits, a chat with a few locals and a quiet and beautiful 125 K coastal ride out to a town called Kalbarri.

Day 2 finishes at the breathtaking Monkey Mia Resort.  

Monkey Mia is a popular tourist destination located about 900 km north of Perth, Western Australia. The reserve is 25 km northeast of the town of Denham in the Shark Bay Marine Park and World Heritage Site.

The main attraction are the bottlenose dolphins that have been coming close to shore for more than fifty years. This place needs to be seen to be believed.
