2008 Entoure Cycle Classic, Hunter Valley
This inaugural Entoure cycle classic took place from 7 to 9 March 2008. It consisted of 53 incredible riders, many riding for seven corporate teams. During the three-day event, the riders covered 400 kilometres. The stunning Hunter Valley provided a breathtaking backdrop to what will become an annual Entoure pilgrimage.

Supporting Difference
Monies raised from the event exceeded $171,000. Donations received from the event exceeded $129,000. The net proceeds of which were directed to the Day of Difference Foundation to fund the much-needed purchase of specialised audiovisual equipment for the Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
We are very proud to be associated with the Day of Difference Foundation and particularly excited to be involved in a project that will save the lives of kids both within and outside of Australia.
You Made It Happen
We achieved what we did through collective effort. It could not have been possible without the support of our riders, sponsors and donors, and road crew (see below). Special thanks go to them all!

Crowne Plaza
A special thanks also needs to go to the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, which provided us with the most amazing service. Everything was more than expected. In all areas of hospitality, the Crowne Plaza staff excelled and must be congratulated.
