We have made a few changes to the registration process that provides a series of drop down options for riders wanting to secure their own room and or bring family and friends.

Basically, the online registration process now allows the following options:

1. register for the 3 day tour $835 – Oct 7 to 9
2. register for the 2 day tour $600 – Oct 7 to 8
3. register for the 1 day tour $185 – Oct 8

Riders then have further options that identify if:

1. riders are sponsored by their corporate and therefore wish to bypass the payment gateway
2. riders would like to bring their family
3. riders would like to book their own room
4. riders would like to pay their registration fee now

In cases where riders are looking for the corporate to cover their registration fee (yet they would like to bring family and friends), the following process should be followed:

1. riders should register as a sponsored rider to get access to their individual fundraiser page
2. riders should create and or join a team
3. riders should visit the entoure shop to purchase additional food for family members
4. riders should complete the family accommodation form to secure themselves a room

Once this has been completed, I will touch base with the team captains to understand how best to invoice the corporate for the riders fee and what amount is therefore to be charged to the individual riders in terms of their additional accommodation requirements. In some cases, the outcome will vary and accordingly this process will more than likely be completed offline.
