Why We Do It

Why We Do It

There are many reasons why we do what it is we do but the main reason is simple; it’s because we can.

So many of us have been blessed with good health and regardless of what may or may not be going on within our own personal lives, a critically injured child and their family go through enormous pain, frustration, and worry.

Their lives are often changed forever as a result of a freak accident; outside their control; with little or no warning.

Whilst we may not know the families involved, doing nothing just doesn’t sit right. Critically injured kids don’t have the luxury of time. A medical emergency is more often than not a life and death situation. A difference in intensive care could be the difference that saves a kid’s life.

Through our shared passion for kids, sport and life, we intend to lift the profile of critically injured children and to raise funds for emergency care equipment that saves their lives. With your support we can make an incredible difference. Come join us!
