Kent Williams Director Entoure

Kent Williams has been the driving force behind the entoure concept and brings with him a real passion and enthusiasm for supporting critically injured kids. Kent is a strong team player; having held executive and operational positions with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and more recently the Credit Corp Group. Kent has participated in a variety of sports and competed in a number of charitable events in Australia and overseas. Kent has combined his skills and experiences to create what is clearly a unique organisation delivering life to both those who participate in its events and the kids entoure aims to support.

Russell Shooter Advisory Board Member

Russell Shooter
Australian Global Accounts Sales Director, Hewlett Packard Australia 

Russell Shooter leads the Global Sales Organisation for HP Australia’s Enterprise Business Group. Russell brings with him 25 years experience in Business, IT, Social Media and Sales; he has also been an active entoure participate since its inception.

David Kirkby Advisory Board Member

David Kirkby
Head of Funds Management – Europe

David joined Valad in March 2008 and was appointed Group Head of Funds Management in March 2009. Valad is an international Funds management business with in excess of $8 billion under management. David brings with him considerable experience having worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years, the most recent 15 of which were in funds management with Lend Lease. David has been based in the UK for 5  years, prior to which he has worked in both Asia and Australia. David’s experience includes opportunistic and core funds as well as major development projects across several sectors and geographies.

David is a keen cyclist both road and mountain and was the founder and creator of Tour de Kids; Australia’s longest serving and most successful charity cyc le event.

Mark Worrall Advisory Board Member

Mark Worrall
KeyBridge Chief Operating Officer

Mark recently joined Keybridge Capital as Chief Operating Officer.  Mark is actively involved in assisting the Board and management team achieve the company’s objectives to realise investments and pay down corporate debt, and thereafter to re establish the business on a solid platform for growth.  Prior to joining Keybridge, Mark was a principal of his own consulting firm, Beacon Asset Finance Corporation which followed a career of 20 years as an Executive Director at Allco Finance Group.

Mark is also a director on the Trustee Board of the SVA Future Trust, a capital fund established by Social Ventures Australia Ltd, was a founding director of Allco Foundation Ltd – Allco’s philanthropic fund, and is a passionate supporter of several charities, including the Day of Difference and Starlight Children’s Foundations through his involvement with Entoure and Tour de Kids – cycling events that seek to raise much needed funds to assist various objectives of these charities.

Mark will bring many years of business expertise and hands on experience in the philanthropic sector to the board of Entoure and has been an active participant since inception.

Sarah Allen Advisory Board Member

Sarah Allen
Director Sarah Allen Consulting

Sarah Allen is a social media strategist with a strong background in Communications, Marketing, Brand Management and Public Relations. Sarah directs her own company, Sarah Allen Consulting, providing social media workshops and advice to organisations who want to socialise their brand online. Previously, Sarah spent a decade working for iconic brands such as Starlight Children’s Foundation, Sydney Opera House and Red Bull Energy Drink.

Sarah has been helping Entoure market their events and reach a larger community through social media campaigns since 2009. She brings a creative and fresh approach to the board and will be helping them to tap into the power and passion of online communities to advocate on Entoure’s behalf, spreading the word about their inspirational charity work to global networks.

Terry Kempnich Advisory Board Member

Terry Kempnich
Managing Director Enhance Group

Terry is currently the Managing Director of the Enhance Group of companies which includes Enhance Management, a leading national market research company and Enhance Corporate a Government Relations company both headquartered in Brisbane.  Enhance Group has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Townsville and Perth.  Enhance Management has been operating since 1996.  Terry is also the Non-Executive Director on the Board of Urban Arts Project (UAP) and Iona College Pty Ltd an Independent College located in the south of Brisbane.

He has been involved with Entoure since its inception and with Tour de Kids from 2003. His commitment to both charities is driven by his desire to support charities that support and help children in need.

Dean Venturato Advisory Board Member

Dean Venturato
Managing Director – Burgess Rawson

Dean’s career in the real estate industry spans 33 years and he is now Managing Director and major shareholder of the NSW office of the Burgess Rawson commercial real estate group. He has previously held senior national managerial roles at Colliers Jardine and has also operated his own boutique commercial agency.

Dean has been a keen supporter and participant of Entoure events since its early beginnings and has been involved for many years in sporting and fundraising activities for various other charities. His marketing and business acumen, commitment to helping others and long term involvement in cycling will allow him to be an important contributor to the  future growth and direction of Entoure.

Angelo Venardos Advisory Board Member

Angelo Venardos
Executive Director – Legal & Training – Careflight (Qld) Limited

Angelo Venardos has over 30 years experience in Law and Law Enforcement. As an Executive Director of Careflight (Qld) Limited, Angelo (along with the CEO and two other Executive Directors), manages the overall operation and administration of Careflight on behalf of the Board of Directors; oversees and manages the regulatory, compliance and legal affairs of the company; and oversees and guides its Training Division, the Division being a vital component of the commercial operations of the company.

Angelo has consulted to various organisations and sits on a number of boards. For the past 25 years, Angelo has lectured and/or tutored on a part-time basis at TAFE and University level, most recently (and currently) lecturing “Business Law & Ethics” at the School of Business, Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, and in the “ATAX Program” at the University of New South Wales, Sydney. He is currently on the Board of the Queensland Branch of the Men of League Foundation and was a Team Manager at the Brisbane Broncos RLFC for 8 years during the 1990’s.

Angelo has been engaged with entoure since its commencement and brings a strong sense of compliance, people and fun to the entoure advisory board.

Judd Ferguson Advisory Board Member

Judd Ferguson
Managing Director Australian Commodities.

Judd is a qualified Accountant B.Comm (Acc) and Director of private equity company JBD Enterprises Pty Ltd.  Judd has over fifteen years experience in business ownership and consulting locally and abroad.  For the past 5 years Judd has specialised in capital raising, import/export and alternative fuels industries to form an exciting commercial business opportunity which is Australasian Commodities.

Judd’s passion for business is matched by his passion for fitness, wellbeing and spiritual growth.  Judd brings a fresh and dynamic force to Entoure.

Trevor Armstrong Advisory Board Member

Trevor Armstrong
National Sales Manager, Hewlett Packard Australia

Trevor has over 25 years experience in IT and worked at Hewlett Parkard Australia for some 16 years. Trevor is a keen sportsman and avid cyclist; a good communicator, passionate about charitable giving and been involved with Entoure now for over 12 months. Trevor was a recent winner of entoures Fundraiser Award and has played an integral part in our events; managing riders; selling the importance of our events; and being a roll model for others to follow.

Tafe Teacher and Work Place Assessor

Mark Williams is a Tafe Teacher and worked at the House with no Steps. Mark has extensive experience in special needs kids and educates people with special needs at Lidcombe TAFE. Mark won entoures inaugural Yellow Leaders Jersey and brings to the board a unique set of skills in both sporting events and kids.

Aaron Rodgers Advisory Board Member

Aaron Rodgers
General Superintendant – Abigroup Construction

Aaron has been in the construction industry for 25 years working on large infrastructure projects and is currently working on one of Australia’s largest motorway upgrades. However, one of Aaron’s biggest motivations is his family— his wife, children and his six siblings.  His childhood instilled in him the importance of “giving back to people in need” and his involvement in entoure is a practical example of this philosophy.  Aaron has been a long time participant of entoure; winning the much coveted Pink HP Fundraiser competition jersey in 2009.
