Kent Williams Director Entoure

Kent Williams has been the driving force behind the entoure concept and brings with him a real passion and enthusiasm for supporting critically injured kids. Kent is a strong team player; having held executive and operational positions with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and more recently the Credit Corp Group. Kent has participated in a variety of sports and competed in a number of charitable events in Australia and overseas. Kent has combined his skills and experiences to create what is clearly a unique organisation delivering life to both those who participate in its events and the kids entoure aims to support.

Russell Shooter Advisory Board Chairman

Russell Shooter
Australian Global Accounts Sales Director, Hewlett Packard Australia

Russell Shooter leads the Global Sales Organisation for HP Australia’s Enterprise Business Group. Russell brings with him 25 years experience in Business, IT, Social Media and Sales; Russell has also been an active entoure participate since its inception and participated in a variety of charitable and sporting events. Russell is highly connected and brings a level of maturity and stewardship to the Board that will maximise the input of others and ensure we stay true to our cause.

Terry Kempnich Advisory Board Member

Terry Kempnich
Managing Director Enhance Group

Terry is currently the Managing Director of the Enhance Group of companies which includes Enhance Management, a leading national market research company and Enhance Corporate a Government Relations company both headquartered in Brisbane.  Enhance Group has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Townsville and Perth.  Enhance Management has been operating since 1996.  Terry is also the Non-Executive Director on the Board of Urban Arts Project (UAP) and Iona College Pty Ltd an Independent College located in the south of Brisbane.

Terry has been involved with Entoure since its inception and with Tour de Kids from 2003. His commitment to both charities is driven by his desire to support charities that support and help children in need.

Mark Worrall Advisory Board Member

Mark Worrall
KeyBridge Chief Operating Officer

Mark recently joined Keybridge Capital as Chief Operating Officer.  Mark is actively involved in assisting the Board and management team achieve the company’s objectives to realise investments and pay down corporate debt, and thereafter to re establish the business on a solid platform for growth.  Prior to joining Keybridge, Mark was a principal of his own consulting firm, Beacon Asset Finance Corporation which followed a career of 20 years as an Executive Director at Allco Finance Group.

Mark is also a director on the Trustee Board of the SVA Future Trust, a capital fund established by Social Ventures Australia Ltd, was a founding director of Allco Foundation Ltd – Allco’s philanthropic fund, and is a passionate supporter of several charities, including the Day of Difference and Starlight Children’s Foundations through his involvement with Entoure and Tour de Kids – cycling events that seek to raise much needed funds to assist various objectives of these charities.

Mark will bring many years of business expertise and hands on experience in the philanthropic sector to the board of Entoure and has been an active participant since inception.

Dean Venturato Advisory Board Member

Dean Venturato
Managing Director – Burgess Rawson

Dean’s career in the real estate industry spans 33 years and he is now Managing Director and major shareholder of the NSW office of the Burgess Rawson commercial real estate group. He has previously held senior national managerial roles at Colliers Jardine and has also operated his own boutique commercial agency.

Dean has been a keen supporter and participant of Entoure events since its early beginnings and has been involved for many years in sporting and fundraising activities for various other charities. His marketing and business acumen, commitment to helping others and long term involvement in cycling will allow him to be an important contributor to the  future growth and direction of Entoure.

Judd Ferguson Advisory Board Member

Judd Ferguson
Managing Director Australian Commodities.

Judd is a qualified Accountant B.Comm (Acc) and Director of private equity company JBD Enterprises Pty Ltd.  Judd has over fifteen years experience in business ownership and consulting locally and abroad.  For the past 5 years Judd has specialised in capital raising, import/export and alternative fuels industries to form an exciting commercial business opportunity which is Australasian Commodities.

Judd’s passion for business is matched by his passion for fitness, wellbeing and spiritual growth.  Judd brings a fresh and dynamic force to Entoure.

Sarah Allen Advisory Board Member

Sarah Allen
Director Sarah Allen Consulting

Sarah Allen is a social media strategist with a strong background in Communications, Marketing, Brand Management and Public Relations. Sarah directs her own company, Sarah Allen Consulting, providing social media workshops and advice to organisations who want to socialise their brand online. Previously, Sarah spent a decade working for iconic brands such as Starlight Children’s Foundation, Sydney Opera House and Red Bull Energy Drink.

Sarah has been helping Entoure market their events and reach a larger community through social media campaigns since 2009. She brings a creative and fresh approach to the board and will be helping them to tap into the power and passion of online communities to advocate on Entoure’s behalf, spreading the word about their inspirational charity work to global networks.

Rod Smith Advisory Board Member

Rod Smith
Principal Penrhyn Parker Solicitors

Rod has run his own legal practice since 1993.  During that time, Rod has been actively involved in the charitable space and doing what he can to give back to the community that he believes, has been so good to him.

Some of Rods accomplishments include:

  1. 3 Tour de Kids cycle events; helping raise over $1.5 million for the Starlight Children’s Foundation
  2. Helped restructure Tour de Kids;  taking it from a $100K a year cycle event to a $700K event
  3. Founding Director of Day of Difference Foundation and board member for 3 years
  4. On a founding committee putting together a quadriplegic and paraplegic rehabilitation centre with $20M raised to build a state of the art centre with world first cutting edge technology and ideas
  5. Involved with the John McLean Foundation.

Rod brings strong compliance skills and knowledge to our Board and a real can do attitude to what can be achieved in both the charitable and sporting events space.
